Urgent, Emergency and Critical Care

Welcome to the Affiliated Emergency Veterinary Service (AEVS).

With three locations in the western suburbs of Minneapolis and regional locations in St. Cloud, Rochester, and Duluth, we support community veterinarians with the finest emergency and critical care for animal companions.

Our Eden Prairie Hospital offers 24-hour emergency care while our other hospitals are open evenings, weekends and holidays. See Locations/Hours for more details.

Since 1979, Affiliated Emergency Veterinary Service (AEVS) has provided urgent, emergency and critical care veterinary services. AEVS is owned by over 90 community veterinarians, serves over 250 referring veterinarians, and employs over 100 team members. AEVS provides strength to each independent clinic by offering state of the art technology and full service facilities to serve after hour emergencies and continual critical care. Primary care clinics are notified daily of the specific treatment given to each client. The overall goal of AEVS is to provide the highest quality care to their patients with an emphasis on customer service and client communication.
